Age Requirements & Fees
The standard age limit for all vehicle categories is 21 to 80 years old. Please note that 7-seater and 9-seater vehicles may have a higher minimum age requirement.
Which documents do I need?
Upon vehicle collection, you must present the following original documents:
- ID Card or Passport
- Valid Driving License (held for at least 1 year prior to the rental date)
- Credit Card
*An International Driving Permit (IDP) is strictly required for residents outside the European Union (EU).
Credit Card & Security Deposit
A Credit Card is mandatory for the security deposit. The authorization (hold) of the deposit amount can only be processed via credit card.
If you purchase a protection/insurance package, the security deposit requirement is waived. However, you must still possess a credit card for identification purposes.
The security deposit is released immediately upon return of the vehicle, provided there is no damage.
Mileage & Fuel Policy
Fuel Policy: "Same-to-Same". The vehicle must be returned with the same amount of fuel as received.
Mileage:
- Unlimited Mileage: Available only with the purchase of an insurance package.
- Standard Policy: 30 km per day limit. Each additional kilometer is charged at 0.27€.
Pick-up & Working Hours
Available pick-up and drop-off locations are displayed during the booking process on our website.
A grace period of 30 minutes is provided for vehicle returns.

Ferry Travel: Transporting the vehicle by ferry is only allowed with prior written permission from our company and the payment of a one-time extra insurance fee.
